These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.castirons.store and purchases made directly from Castirons. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to the applicable terms. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and descriptions
Our core product is a 12-piece granite-look nonstick cookware set offered in White and Black. The 12-piece count includes five cooking vessels, three lids and four pan protectors. The cookware has a die-cast aluminum body; the Castirons name does not describe the material as cast iron, and the granite-look finish is not solid granite. Listed sizes and capacities are approximate and based on supplied product information.
We aim to present product details and images accurately. Colors can vary with lighting and screen settings. Styled or edited imagery is intended to illustrate the product; the stated set contents determine what is included. Food, utensils, decorative objects and kitchen furnishings are not included unless specifically listed. We do not make an unverified certification, chemical-free, oven-safe or medical claim.
Prices, payment and order acceptance
Prices are in USD. White and Black sets are each $79.99 per complete set. Shipping and any applicable taxes are disclosed before you place an order. There is no recurring payment or subscription. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully confirmed before fulfillment.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request and does not guarantee that an order with an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock or unverifiable payment has been accepted. If an issue prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and explain the available correction or cancellation options. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot supply a paid order and you do not agree to an alternative, we will refund the affected payment.
Delivery and address responsibilities
Orders are accepted for the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and transit an estimated 3–4 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Please enter a complete street address and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Our Shipping Policy describes supported destinations, tracking and support for delayed or missing parcels.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Conditions and return shipping responsibilities are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us promptly for a cancellation request; after dispatch a return may be required. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
Cookware use and care
Follow the instructions supplied with the cookware and use common kitchen safety precautions. Use low to medium heat, suitable nonmetal utensils, and oven mitts when handling hot cookware. Do not leave cooking unattended. Let cookware cool before washing. Avoid overheating, abrasive cleaning and sudden temperature changes. Oven and dishwasher ratings are not confirmed for this set. Website use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, introduce harmful code, scrape personal information or submit fraudulent orders. The Castirons site design, text and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the site to evaluate and purchase products for personal use; copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.
Service interruptions and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the store but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical issue will be avoided. If a website error affects your payment or order, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the website or cookware. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or other nonwaivable obligations.
