This policy explains product pricing, the checkout payment process and how payment questions are handled at Castirons. All displayed prices and order payments are in United States dollars (USD).

Product prices and order totals

The Castirons 12-piece granite-look nonstick cookware set is $79.99 USD in White and $79.99 USD in Black. Each price is for one complete set in the selected color, rather than for a pair of sets. The cart and checkout show your selected variant, quantity, product subtotal, shipping and any applicable tax before you place an order. Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is free. There is no subscription or recurring charge associated with purchasing this cookware set.

PayPal checkout

PayPal is available at checkout. Select PayPal to authorize your payment securely through PayPal. Depending on eligibility, location and PayPal’s own options, PayPal may offer payment from a PayPal balance, linked bank account or payment card. Guest card checkout is not guaranteed. The payment methods actually available to you are shown during checkout.

If no payment method is shown, the store cannot accept an online payment at that time. Please contact us for assistance and do not send money to an email address outside the checkout process. Our customer service email is not automatically the PayPal receiving account.

Secure authorization and confirmation

Use the secure HTTPS checkout on www.castirons.store. PayPal handles the payment credentials entered on its service; Castirons does not ask you to send your PayPal password or full card details by email or telephone. We receive the order and payment information needed to fulfill your purchase, such as payment status, transaction reference and delivery details.

Review the total before confirming payment. An order is submitted when checkout is completed, but fulfillment depends on successful payment confirmation and acceptance of the order. If payment is pending, we may wait for confirmation before preparing the shipment. Please keep your order number and payment reference for future questions.

Declined, pending or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, check your payment provider’s instructions and avoid repeatedly submitting the same order. A pending authorization may be released by your provider without a completed charge. If you believe you were charged twice or paid without receiving an order confirmation, contact [email protected] with your order details and transaction reference. Do not include your password, full card number or security code.

Refunds and currency conversion

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. We process an approved refund within 5–7 business days after a returned item is received and inspected. Additional posting time is controlled by PayPal or your bank. If your account uses a currency other than USD, your payment provider determines the exchange rate and any conversion fee; a refund may differ in your account currency because exchange rates can change.
